OLYMPIA — The Medical Commission has immediately restricted the medical license of King County psychiatrist Elizabeth Noll, MD (MD00028718) due to sexual misconduct.

Noll allegedly had a romantic relationship with an adult male patient that lasted nearly four years.

Noll is not allowed to treat male patients over the age of 18 years until the charges are resolved. She must cease treating any current male patients 18 years or older within 90 days. She has 20 days to respond to the charges and to request a hearing.
