May 01, 2018
On Tuesday, William Lewek was released from state prison in Elmira after a parole violation earlier this year.
Lewek pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence back in 2015, for burying the body of Matthew Straton behind his Rowley Street home.
Lewek told police that Straton died of an overdose, and that he buried him instead of calling police.
