A Yankton psychiatrist faces two counts of inappropriate sexual contact.
A complaint filed by the Yankton County state’s attorney charges Dr. Dwight F. King with one count of sexual penetration by a psychotherapist, and one count of three-degree rape of a person unable to give consent because of intoxication.
King was arrested Friday night and released on bond Saturday.
