Two Mass. doctors surrender licenses
Two doctors have voluntarily given up their licenses to practice medicine in the face of pending complaints against them.
Dr. Irma Rivera Chance, a psychiatrist and neurologist from Eastham, voluntarily suspended her practice until Feb. 14 or until the state medical board concludes its investigation.
In addition, Dr. Sabhir Moghul, an orthopedic surgeon from Westfield, voluntarily discontinued his practice of medicine in Massachusetts until there has been a final determination of the sealed complaints against him.
