MINOT Former psychiatrist charged Former psychiatrist James Bland has been charged with criminal mischief and trespassing in a break-in at a mobile home. Northwest District Judge Gary Holum appointed an attorney for Bland on Monday and released him on $5,000 bond. Another court appearance is scheduled for next Monday. Bonnie Kraft, who was in the mobile home in southwest Minot, had filed restraining orders in the past against Bland. Police said they got a call that Bland was watching the home from a vehicle parked across the street. Bland’s license was revoked by state officials in September. They said he had large amounts of poisons and books about bomb-making. — Associated Press
