Utica Police say Dr. Surendra K. (AP) - A former Wyoming psychiatrist has been found guilty of several charges stemming from a crash that injured another person. A jury in Cody convicted Matthew Hopkins of intentional misuse of a toxic product, controlled substance DUI and aggravated assault.
