PSYCHIATRIST CHARGED WITH DRUNK DRIVING

William Stanle Musfelt, M.D., 55, Orange County psychiatrist, of 1522 N. Broadway, Santa Ana, was arrested by Fullerton police early this morning on a charge of drunk driving, they reported.

Belligerent with police, he reportedly refused to be fingerprinted and refused permission to let them take a sample of blood for a blood alcohol tests after he had signed a waiver and a doctor had been called, police said Dr. Musfelt, posts $263 bail for his release, the report said.
