Mohammad Omar Mohabbat, 76, was charged with second- degree sexual abuse and harassment in 2013. Prosecutors dismissed the sexual abuse charge and accepted a guilty plea to the harassment charge on Monday, according to court documents. He received a six-month jail sentence, which was suspended.
