CBC Ottawa psychiatrist charged with sexually assaulting patient May 1, 2013 A 76-year-old Ottawa psychiatrist has been charged with sexual assault after a patient of his told police he touched her inappropriately during medical appointments at his office. Mark Solomon was charged by police last week and was released from custody on a promise to appear in court. The patient, a 37-year-old woman, came forward to police on March 29.
