Dr. Kennard C. Kobrin, who works in Fall River and lives in Barrington, R.I., was sentenced by Superior Court Judge Robert Kane on Friday. Kane sentenced Kobrin to two 18-month prison sentences and a nine-month sentence, but he suspended the sentences.
