Kwabena Agyei Akuffo-Akoto, New Brunswick Psychiatrist, manipulated patient into sexual acts and threatened to institutionalize her if she exposed his wrongdoing. The patient won a $600,000 judgment. Akuffo-Akota then fled Canada to England. Patient now unable to collect on judgment.
